We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. Late cancellations or no-shows are subject to a 50% charge. This policy helps us respect the time of our team and accommodate other clients waiting for appointments. This charge will be applied to your future service if scheduled within 1 week of your original appointment. If you do not reschedule within that week your 50% charge will be forfeited.
