CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

WE KINDLY ASK FOR AT LEAST 24 HOURS’ NOTICE FOR ANY CANCELLATIONS OR APPOINTMENT CHANGES. LATE CANCELLATIONS OR NO-SHOWS WILL INCUR A 50% CHARGE OR THE TOTAL COST OF THE SERVICES BOOKED. THIS POLICY HELPS US RESPECT THE TIME OF OUR TEAM & ACCOMMODATE CLIENTS WHO ARE WAITING FOR AVAILABLE APPOINTMENTS.


IF YOU RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT WITHIN ONE WEEK OF THE ORIGINAL BOOKING, THE 50% CHARGE WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR FUTURE SERVICE. IF YOU DO NOT RESCHEDULE WITHIN THAT WEEK, THE CHARGE WILL BE FORFEITED.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SALES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. IF YOU ARE UNHAPPY WITH YOUR RESULTS OR FEEL A REDO SERVICE IS NEEDED, WE ARE HAPPY TO GO ABOVE & BEYOND TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT. REDO SERVICES MAY BE SCHEDULED WITH THE SAME STYLIST OR ANOTHER STYLIST, AND ONE REDO SERVICE IS ALLOWED PER CLIENT WITHIN TWO WEEKS OF YOUR ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT. 


ANY ADDITIONAL SERVICES THAT WERE NOT DISCUSSED OR APPROVED DURING YOUR ORIGINAL CONSULTATION OR APPOINTMENT WELL BE SUBJECT TO AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE.
